1. Overview

The SprintRounds application is operated by 8CELLS Jarosław Kaczmarski, Tax ID (NIP): 7962621938, Business Registry No. (REGON): 366811404, based in Poland. This page describes how law enforcement and other competent authorities can submit requests concerning user data, and how we handle such requests.

2. Contact for law enforcement

Please send requests to hi@sprintrounds.appwith a subject line beginning with “Law enforcement request”. This channel is intended solely for competent authorities — user reports are described on the Safety page.

3. Formal requirements

We disclose data only on the basis of a valid request. A request should:

  • originate from a competent authority (e.g., police, prosecutor’s office, court) and identify the case officer with official contact details,
  • state a legal basis valid under Polish or European Union law,
  • identify the account as precisely as possible (e.g., phone number, displayed profile name, event identifier, time range),
  • limit the scope of the requested data to what the proceedings require.

Authorities outside Poland and the EU should use international legal assistance (MLAT / European Investigation Order) via the competent Polish authorities.

4. What data we may hold

  • account registration data (phone number, account creation date),
  • profile content (first name, photos, city, bio),
  • event participation records and matches,
  • chat messages between matched users,
  • payment metadata (payments are processed by Stripe — card data is held by Stripe, not by us),
  • reports and moderation history.

After an account is deleted, personal data is erased within 30 days — requests concerning deleted accounts may be impossible to fulfil.

5. Preservation and emergencies

At the request of a competent authority we can preserve specified data while the proper legal basis is being obtained. In cases of imminent danger to life or health (in particular cases involving minors), requests marked “Emergency” are handled with priority.
