Child safety standards
SprintRoundsis an adults-only app (18+). We enforce a zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and to child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes our standards for preventing CSAE, in line with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy.
Adults-only access
- Only an adult may create a SprintRounds account — we verify the date of birth both on the app side and in the database.
- The app is intended for audiences aged 18 and over; minors may not use it.
- An account reasonably suspected of belonging to a minor is immediately suspended pending verification and permanently removed if confirmed.
Prohibition of CSAE/CSAM content and conduct
- Any content, message, or conduct involving the sexual abuse, sexualization, or endangerment of children is prohibited — without exception.
- This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), attempts to contact a minor (grooming), and any references or links leading to such material.
- Violations result in immediate removal of the content and a permanent account ban.
Reporting
- In the app: a “Report” button in chat, on a profile, on a match tile, and during a video conversation.
- Outside the app: you can report child-safety concerns at any time to hi@sprintrounds.app.
- Anyone — including a signed-out person — can report suspected child endangerment or CSAM.
Our response and enforcement
- We treat child-safety reports as a priority and act on them urgently.
- Reports involving minors or CSAM trigger an automatic, immediate suspension of the reported account pending verification.
- Once a violation is confirmed, we permanently ban the account, remove the content, and preserve evidence.
Cooperation with authorities and legal compliance
- We report material and incidents that appear criminal to the appropriate authorities — in Poland this includes the Police and the Dyżurnet.pl team (NASK); where relevant we also notify national equivalents and organizations such as NCMEC.
- We cooperate with law enforcement to the extent required by law — our law-enforcement page describes how.
- We operate in accordance with applicable child-safety laws in the countries where the app is available.
