Payments & auto-refunds

Sell tickets in a supported currency of your choice, with your country’s currency selected by default. When an event is cancelled, eligible refunds are processed automatically according to the event terms.

Stripe Connect payouts

You're the merchant of record. Stripe deducts its actual processing cost from your account, while SprintApp takes only the disclosed flat ticket fee. You control the payout schedule in Stripe.

Discount codes & waitlist

Drive sales with percentage or fixed codes and usage caps. Sell-outs collect a waitlist that auto-fills freed seats in order.

Automatic reminders

Automatic reminders help registered participants prepare before the event, subject to their notification settings.

No-show handling

Minimum ticket price in the selected currency: PLN 15.

Ticket currency follows the organizer’s settlement country. Only currently supported currencies are shown.

The organizer remains the ticket seller. We handle payments, refunds and disputes through Stripe, cover Stripe costs and transfer the balance after the disclosed fees to the organizer. Stripe pays out to the organizer’s bank account.

The calculation includes platform and payment-handling fees, without discounts or refunds.

Supported ticket currencies

Minimum paid ticket prices and fixed platform fees per ticket. The four tiers apply to monthly sales across all currencies. Currency availability does not mean organizers can register in that country.
