Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 7 September 2026

1. Purpose and scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) supplements the Terms of Service of the SprintRounds application, operated by 8CELLS Jarosław Kaczmarski, Tax ID (NIP): 7962621938, Business Registry No. (REGON): 366811404, based in Poland. It applies to everyone using the App — event participants and organizers alike.

2. Prohibited activities

When using the App, you must not:

  • Use the App for any unlawful activity
  • Use the App if you are under 18, or enable minors to use it
  • Engage in, threaten, promote, glorify, or incite sexual violence, sexual exploitation, or any sexual activity without the other person’s consent (prohibition of sexual violence)
  • Create or share non-consensual content (prohibition of non-consensual content) — in particular intimate images or recordings shared without the consent of the person depicted (“revenge porn”), depictions of non-consensual sexual acts, and content obtained through deception, coercion, or covert means
  • Offer, advertise, or purchase commercial sexual services — including escort services, prostitution, or any form of human trafficking
  • Share content of a sexual or pornographic nature
  • Harass, intimidate, threaten, discriminate against other users, or spread hate speech
  • Engage in fraud, including financial scams and romance scams — ask other users for money, login credentials, or documents
  • Impersonate other people or misrepresent your identity
  • Send spam or engage in unauthorised advertising. This prohibition does not cover organising events, publishing their offers, or selling tickets through the designated App features in accordance with the Terms of Service
  • Record video conversations without the other party’s consent
  • Share other people’s personal data without their consent
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools, or attempt to circumvent the App’s technical safeguards

3. Enforcement

We enforce this policy through automated moderation of profile photos, review of user reports, and actions by the platform team. Depending on severity, violations may result in content removal, a warning, removal from an event, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban. Serious violations (in particular those involving minors, violence — including sexual violence — non-consensual content, or human trafficking) result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement — see Law enforcement cooperation.

Removal from an event, suspension, or an account ban does not in itself trigger an automatic refund or the issuance of a voucher. Payment settlements are governed by Section 6 of the Terms of Service. This does not restrict the right to submit a complaint or any rights under mandatory applicable law.

4. Reporting violations

You can report violations using the “Report” button in the App (on a profile, in chat, and during a video conversation) or by emailing hi@sprintrounds.app. More on safety: Safety.

5. Changes to this policy

The Operator may update this policy. We will announce material changes in the App. Questions are welcome at hi@sprintrounds.app.
