Account deletion

1. Deleting your account in the app (recommended)

You can delete your account yourself in the SprintRounds app:

• Open Profile → Settings
• Scroll down to the account settings section
• Select “Delete account” and confirm

This action is irreversible and takes effect immediately.

2. Deleting your account without access to the app

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to hi@sprintrounds.app, providing the phone number the account is registered to. To verify your identity, we may ask you to confirm with an SMS code sent to that number. We process requests within 30 days.

3. What data is deleted

• Phone number and login data (the number may be reused)
• Profile photos and photos sent in chats
• Profile (first name, bio, location, interests, preferences)
• Push notification tokens and the list of blocked users
• Message content (anonymized in the other party’s conversations)

We retain, for the period required by law: transaction data (tax regulations — 5 years) and moderation and safety audit records. Details in the Privacy policy (the “Retention period” section).
